America: Do Not Forgive, Do Not Forget

The one-year anniversary of the January 6th Capitol riots saw many of the usual suspects trotting out the line that it was an attempted “insurrection,” as well as a few surprises. One such surprise was Ted Cruz, who described the event as a “violent terrorist attack” before he prostrated himself in apology to Tucker Carlson in claiming that he had merely been referring to the people who attacked police officers. I certainly do not condone attacks on police, of course, but to do so obviously does not make someone a terrorist either – a fact that Tucker bluntly pointed out

Then, less surprisingly, you had the Vice President, Kamala Harris, comparing the Capitol riots to 9/11 and the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour. She no doubt suppressed one of her characteristic evil cackles at the thought of such a malevolent and politically motivated comparison: nevermind the thousands of Americans who lost their lives in those two tragedies, or the families of the victims of both atrocities insulted by such inaccurate comparisons.

Still, this line was defended by the Press Secretary of the Biden regime, Jen Psaki, who formalised such interpretations of the scenes at the Capitol in the official canon of the Biden presidency. Joe Biden, in his speech on the one-year anniversary of the event, proclaimed how he was about to describe “God’s truth” before repeating the fake news storyline that told observers around the world that US Capitol police officers had been physically attacked with fire extinguishers. Biden also described the events as an “armed insurrection.”

Obviously such descriptions invoke imagery of firearms, but, as you will see below, this was not the case. Blatant and unapologetic lies. Of course, the use of the adjective “insurrection” when describing the events of January 6th was repeatedly parroted by Democratic Party members far and wide; along with a few treacherous Republicans including the likes of Mitt Romney. The corporate media too banded around the word, all with no regard for its appropriateness.

I know for a fact that those striving to represent the events at the Capitol as a premeditated insurrection are dishonest, disgusting, politically opportunistic, anti-American liars. These words do not begin to communicate my utter contempt towards them. Below, I will outline all the work we have done here at lotuseaters.com work I am incredibly proud of – to correct the narrative on what truly happened at the Capitol building on January 6th. On January 7th, 2021, one day after the supposed “insurrection,” myself and Lotuseaters.com contributor Hugo Hythloday compiled a timeline of the events in Washington to the exact minute. A year later, this list has held up surprisingly well against the emergence of new information, and very little has actually had to be changed despite the complexity and fast moving nature of events. We certainly avoided much of what the corporate media would call ‘misinformation’, which, ironically, they themselves have since propagated.

In verifying our work, I also had a four to five-hour conversation with a photographer who had attended the events of both the 5th and 6th of January. He explained, in meticulous detail, what happened and provided me with both photo and video evidence. In a prior article, I curated a compilation of the images best representing both the plurality of causes being advocated for at the rallies – also ignored by the media – and the violence between Capitol police and rioters at the rear entrance to the building. If you were to get an impression of the events from the Democrats, you might assume that the whole event was a premeditated coup, but these images show that it was in fact a political rally in which a very small minority turned violent, with even fewer attacking police with improvised weaponry.

Also worthy of note is the work Hugo has done in outlining a summary of the events in the run-up to the takeover of the Capitol building, as well as a series of profiles on those implicated in the event to establish who these people really were. We also received an on-the-ground account from two Washington State college professors, Elisa and Brandon Parrett

With the resources provided here, the narrative propagated by the Democrats, Republican turncoats, and the corporate media succinctly falls apart. They collectively gaslit true patriots by describing the mass destruction of America by Black Lives Matter and Antifa as a “summer of love,” with their lies of “fiery but mostly peaceful protests” leading a small few at the Capitol to believe that such behaviour was acceptable. It was clearly acceptable to the anti-American traitors when left-wing activists set America ablaze all through the summer of 2020, but heavens forbid if the Right should play by the same rules. The Left only have themselves to blame for the events of that day, and that’s not to mention the irony of blaming Trump who explicitly said before, during, and after the event that he wished supporters to be peaceful – his messages, aptly, were later wiped from the internet in what seems to be a deliberate and coordinated attempt to shape the narrative of events.

America, do not forgive and do not forget the traitors in your midst.
