This week due to scheduling issues, Beau flies solo. He covers the reign of William the second, Rufus, the Red King. After the death of his father, William the conqueror, the succession is in dispute. The mad, bad and dangerous to know William Rufus emerges victorious in that struggle; has a very tumultuous relationship with the church, and ultimately comes to a particularly sticky end.
